Refunds
For any refunds, a receipt as proof of purchase is required – no exceptions. For any approved refunds, ALL items (not just one sample print) must be returned to Mimosa Headshots without exception. All refunds exclude any designing, shipping and handling charges.
Exceptions
The following items are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged:
Typo, image cropping, layout & sizing errors submitted
after proof approval
Photo restorations, retouching & other graphic design services
Portrait sitting sessions and images
Event fees
Gift certificates
There are no refunds on low resolution headshot orders
Delivery, shipping & handling and other fees for services performed are nonrefundable after the service has been completed.
You must request a proof and approve that proof for any headshot refund to be approved.
